1. Nature of the site
Tower Rush Pakistan: Rhythm Bricks is a browser-based, single-player skill arcade. There is no money involved, no virtual currency, no betting, no wagering, no prizes, and no real-world rewards. Your outcomes in the game are determined entirely by your tap timing on the lane buttons. Nothing in the game is randomised in order to award a prize or to take anything of value.
2. Not affiliated
This site and game are independent. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any other game, brand, product, casino, betting service, “crash” style game, aviator-style game, or platform that may share part of the name. The word “Tower Rush” in the title describes the game’s mechanic — rushing to stack a tower of bricks.
3. Permitted use
You may play the game for personal entertainment, on any device that meets the technical requirements (a modern browser with JavaScript enabled). You may link to the public pages. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage the site’s code or assets as your own.
- Use the site to host malicious code or run automated abuse against the hosting infrastructure.
- Misrepresent the game as a gambling product or as affiliated with any commercial brand.
4. No user submissions
There is no login on this site and no form through which you submit content. Any communication you choose to send by email is voluntary, and we will only use it to respond to your message.
5. Local data
The game stores a best-score integer in your browser’s localStorage. See the Privacy notice and the Cookies page for details. You can clear it any time.
6. Availability
We try to keep the site available, but we offer it “as is” and “as available”. There may be planned or unplanned downtime, and individual pages may change. We do not promise that the site will be without bugs or that it will be available continuously.
7. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we provide the site and the game without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site is suitable for any specific purpose other than casual entertainment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the site or your use of it is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is zero.
9. Intellectual property
The flat-cartoon illustrations, SVG symbols, layout, code and copy on this site are owned by the project unless explicitly noted otherwise. Open-source fonts (Bungee, Public Sans) are used under their own licences from Google Fonts.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page. Material changes (those that meaningfully change your rights or duties) will be summarised briefly at the top of this section for at least 30 days.
11. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is operated. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
